How do I get my password?
- Click Request Password, insert your assigned/member email, and click the Request Password button.
- Go to your email inbox (be sure to check your spam filter) to find email sent by Phoenix Hockey Club (info@phoenixhockeyclub.org).
- Copy the password issued in the email.
- Return to Login page and sign in using your email and assigned password.
I’m not the Primary Member. How can I log in?
Only Primary Members have membership account access – Spouses/Domestic Partners and Youth Members do not have login access by default.
Primary Members do have the ability to manually assign login access to additional members listed on their account. If you have been assigned access by your Primary Member, click the Request Password button and follow the steps above for getting a password.
